Example: Name_file.rar.mp3 to Name_file.rar
You can use this method to rename parts extension:
For windows XP:
Click My Computer > Tools > Folder Options > View > uncheck Hide Extensions for known file types
For windows 7:
Open Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Folder Options > View > uncheck Hide Extensions for known file types
Now you can rename parts extension :)
